o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service requirements, identify operational challenges, and propose effective solutions.
o Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements.
o Focus on users’ experience, provide service UI and logical flow improvement suggestion, support content operation and promotion.
o Support projects in terms of delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
