Full Time Hiring for Lathe Operator at Dubai Full Time

• Responsible for maintaining the lathe and other equipment.
• Knowledge and trained hands-on job to handle machining activity on the lathe like speed regulating, directional operation, types of threading male and female etc.
• Removal and changing of proper tooling kit on the lathe machine with good alignment skill.
• Machining of all job like turning, threading, boring, leveling and creating new tools for maintenance and other department’s requirements.
• Familiarity with double reverse indicator alignment method.
• Hands on training to do welding activity if required for leveling jobs on the machine.
• Proper hand-eye co-ordination needed to do critical job or fine-tuning jobs.
• Fabrication works for the internal requirement on machines and machining components.
• Complete machining and manufacturing of revolving roller.
• Maintaining of operating tools, additional accessories for fabrication.
• Workshop housekeeping to ensure all the components and jobs material are in place.
• Support for periodic maintenance activity.
• Understanding engineering drawings for machining jobs.
• Co-ordination with the team members for all maintenance activity.
• Supporting to other departments activities, if needed for some other jobs.
• Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Participate in team problem solving as part of the continuous improvement process.
• Performing repairs using various machine shop tools and equipment
• Willing to work overtime, work in shifts (day and night) and on weekends.
• Fast learner with ability to operate other machining equipment like welding, grinding, cutting, milling and drilling etc.
• Follow 5S process in the work zone.
• Follow safety standard of the company.
