Job Summary:
Responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base. Your primary goal will be to promote the company’s security services and solutions to potential clients, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their security needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in the security services industry.
Develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and establish a strong presence
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless implementation and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipeline, and market trends.
Stay updated with industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the security services industry, in Dubai or the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of the market in Dubai, including key players, industry trends, and client requirements.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect and influence senior-level decision-makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective business development plans.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driver’s license & car, willingness to travel within Dubai and occasionally within the UAE.
