A multinational company Hiring In house Sales Executive (COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL) , with Experience min (1 year+) UAE driving license preferred

*Maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional after-sales service.
*Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
*Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
*Utilizing meetings to build relationships with new customers.
*Processing customers ejari,registration.
*Advising customers on suitable property needs as per their requirement
*Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the property inventory
*Meeting/calling landlord to give their property to us for selling/renting
*Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
*Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
