Join our team as Operations Manager! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to oversee financial performance, sales and marketing, operations, and human resources across our beauty salon branches. Responsibilities:
Financial: Develop annual revenue and profitability plans for each branch, increase revenue through effective sales strategies, monitor operating costs, review budgets and take corrective action as needed, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with commercial requirements.
Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with branch managers, analyze sales and footfall data, identify marketing channels and propose promotions, develop strategic business plans, assist in creating annual marketing plans, monitor campaign effectiveness, review lead generation and up-selling efforts, identify new locations and stay informed about market trends.
Operations: Ensure adherence to branch standards, conduct training needs assessments, attend meetings and training sessions, resolve guest complaints, review professional standards and feedback, verify database maintenance, conduct random checks, assess support team performance, collaborate with other departments, review schedules, validate stock and suppliers, and monitor order placements.
Human Resources: Implement performance management systems, provide coaching and counseling, identify staff for promotion and transfers, oversee disciplinary issues, monitor staff utilization and absenteeism, solicit employee feedback, and address concerns.
Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
International beauty industry certification or proven knowledge.
Strategic planning and managerial skills.
Marketing and business development experience.
Fluent in English, preferably bilingual (Arabic/English).
Ability to thrive under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Problem-solving and people management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management skills.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a UAE beauty industry management role.
Experience as a branch manager in multiple salons preferred.
Previous experience in managing a chain of salons is advantageous.
