Job Description:
Manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.
Actively market, advertise, and educate yourself about new projects in Dubai.
Achieve revenue targets through active resale, leasing, and lead generation.
Select and show homes and properties that meet clients’ needs.
Filter client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their property needs
Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high-performance.
Work closely with management to ensure a clear plan for development.
Understands business contracts that align with business needs and overall strategy of the company
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in UAE in the same position from a real estate industry.
Should have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry with a deep knowledge of main competitors including their strategies and pricing models.
