Job Description:
Prepare ingredients and assist with the pre-cooking preparation such as cutting, peeling, chopping, marinating, and seasoning according to the guidelines set by head chef.
Ensure that the food is cooked to the desired quality and consistency as per assigned section stadard.
Follow the recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) provided by the chef which include measurements, cooking times, and temperature settings to ensure consistent results.
Involved in plating and garnishing, arranging food on plates, and ensuring proper portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in their designated workstation.
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and African nationals
40 years old and below
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the similar role
Knowledge in SOPs and Food safety handling of FnB
Candidates who can immediately join are highly prioritized
