We are seeking a Female highly skilled and well-presented Female Sales Associate to join our prestigious luxury home furniture and decor showroom in Dubai. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales for our high-end products. The ideal candidate should possess a sophisticated demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in luxury sales.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers to the showroom in a warm and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect home furniture and decor pieces to meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, materials, and styles in the luxury furniture and decor industry.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Manage and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to create visually appealing product displays and ensure the showroom is always well-maintained.
• Liaise with suppliers and designers to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Stay informed about competitors’ products and pricing to provide a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury home furniture or interior design.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with high-end clientele.
• Excellent product knowledge and ability to articulate features and benefits effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mind-set.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with luxury home furniture and decor brands and industry trends.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other sales-related software.
