Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the Recruitment team based from our office in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move from agency recruitment into an in-house role or who has previously had experience working in an internal recruitment role. Reporting to the Recruitment Specialist and working closely with the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering internal recruitment and recommending recruitment strategies.

Who you’ll be working with:

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process. You will also work with other Recruiters, the Recruitment Specialist and local HR Management and Advisors to provide regular updates on recruitment progress, to ensure a coherent approach to recruitment across the UAE and support a smooth onboarding process for candidates.

Here’s what a typical day would be like:

• Working with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, support with the creation of job descriptions and writing adverts.

• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn

• Screening candidates and attending interviews to assist with the recruitment process

• Managing candidate feedback

• Working with the Recruitment Specialist to improve cost-per-hire, time-to-hire and employee retention

Who we’re looking for:

Essential

• Recruitment experience in a similar role including previous experience of direct sourcing

• Experience using LinkedIn to source active and passive candidates

• Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills

• Extensive experience of interviewing and evaluating candidates

• Fully conversant with employment laws, practices and Immigration Regulations pertaining to the full recruitment process.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Willingness to learn

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

• Experience of using Workday would be advantageous

• Experience of recruiting Technical position
