Based within the HR Department and with dual reporting lines to Corporate in the US and Business segment lead in Dubai, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the company’s senior hires strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires (Managers through to Partner level).
• Develop and implement an annual agenda for the Experienced Hires Recruitment Strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure the Recruitment plan and strategy support the needs of the business but is flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur.
• Dealing with Regional Senior Managing Directors to understand business needs globally and implement strategies in order to achieve hiring targets.
• Agency management, which includes communication, reporting, feedback and fee negotiation, as well as tracking the ‘success’ of agencies. Suggest new alternatives if current providers are not working.
• Screening of all applicants globally and select candidates based on business requirements
• Coordination of interview scheduling between agencies/candidates and interviewers.
• Report pipeline status on a weekly basis and provide ad hoc updates as and when required
• Create the budget for senior recruitment ensuring that this is adhered to as much as possible and adjusted against business requirements.
• Meet with Finance on a monthly basis to ensure that the budget is being adhered to and flag any issues
• Support on the full Recruitment lifecycle for operations hires (all levels). Working with Departmental heads in generating Job descriptions, sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn, interview scheduling as well as interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure a solid EVP is created and shared withExperience and skills:

• Ideally 5 years of experience as a Recruiter
• Previous experience in a professional services environment, ideally in a multinational company with international exposure
• Major in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology with a specialisation in HR (desired)
• Decision making and leadership skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and excellent project/process management
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to deal well with people at all levels across the organisation
• Ability to multi-task effectively and manage demands in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
• Strategic thinker and ability to see the big picture
• Strong personal drive and determination, innovative and with business acumen
• Displays enthusiasm, self-motivation, flexibility and a “can do” attitude

  Technical:

• Proficient in Applicant Tracking System such as Taleo, Yello, OBI etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
