You’ll be joining our Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales Team that focuses on customers with 500+ employees and you will be a key player in our new sales strategy for Freshworks products. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, creating an end-to-end sales lifecycle, and selling the Freshworks suite of products to “new logo” customers in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the Freshworks suite of products to “new logo” customers in your territory
- Identify new opportunities and create end-to-end sales lifecycle through direct and field outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with your Business Development Manager (BDM) to tier your accounts and prospect them via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns (social, email, and cold calling)
- Build, develop, and manage your sales pipeline
- Lead and communicate effectively with other departments, such as business development, marketing, and pre-sales, throughout the sales process
- Travel to customer locations and marketing events as needed
- Commit to continuous improvement and constant learning
Qualifications
- Overall experience of 7-10 years, with close to 5+ years of specialised expertise in the SAAS space.
- Experience in new logo (hunting) sales role is a great advantage.
- Have you sold SaaS solutions in the Middle east region?
- Have you used Meddic, Value Selling or other sales methodologies?
- Have you consistently achieved/ overachieved sales goals?
- Are you customer-oriented, with strong communication skills, high curiosity, and an eagerness to learn?
