Job Description:
1) To maintain and improve food safety management system ISO 22000 and HACCP.
2) To Plan, schedule, communicate with all department and conduct internal audit for food safety management system 2 times per year.
3) To hold management review meeting by sending invitation to all food safety team member after internal audit to discuss and resolve the issue related to food safety
4) To carry out mock recall for product traceability.
5) To set and follow up with food safety objectives.
6) To communicate with client for supplier’s audit, regarding Planning, scheduling, entertaining the audit and to take corrective actions if required.
7) To communicate with certification body regarding ISO 22000 Audit planning, scheduling, entertaining and to take corrective action if required after the audit.
8) To motivate all the departments to maintain all the related records related to food safety management system.
9) To communicate without sourced lab services provider to perform food Product, Hand and surface swab test for trend analysis on periodic basis (bi annual) .
10) Review all department records periodically and verify them.
11) To communicate with pest control services provider for pest control services or on receipt of any staff complain also for the contacts renewal.
12) To communicate with the waste management company related to waste disposal services, payment and also for the contacts renewal.
13) Coordinate with cleaning supervisor for cleaning related issues and to timely request for cleaning tools before stock lasts.
Qualification Required
· At least 3 years experience in Food Safety operations, especially in fruits and Vegetable is better.
· Advanced hygiene Management Level 4 is a must.
· Bachelors or Master in Food Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry or Health Sciences.
