The purpose of this position is to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Perform in person or remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by all internal customers of Fresh Express.
Key Accountabilities
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles; provide training and dealing with issues.
Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting the roll-out of new applications
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
Perform timely users backups, hardware and software upgrades as required.
Responsible for recording and managing help desk support application.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Duties performed in mostly in air-conditioned surroundings and involves limited physical effort.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor degree computer information system.
Knowledge of computer hardware & software in order to perform task listed under principle duties and responsibilities.
Knowledge of methodology to run computer systems and to troubleshoot minor computer equipment breakdowns.
Interpersonal skills necessary to train others in computer systems.
Maintain confidentiality.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Provide staff / employees outstanding care and service all the time.
Team member / work under pressure.
Problem solving and strong analytical skills.
Good in English written and speaking.
Sound experience of networking terminology.
COMPITA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional in relevant domain. It’s a preferred advantage
2 years of relevant technical experience as desktop support engineer/administrator.
