About the Role:

The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training and development, performance monitoring, payroll and employee counselling. Provide support to managers and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy

· Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures

· Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, promotion and hiring analytics

· Create, implement and manage onboarding plans

· Identify KPIs for HR department

· Plan and implement training programs

· Assist in performance management and employee evaluation

· Maintain employee records and paperwork

· Adhere to laws and regulations

· Draw up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals

Prerequisite:

· Attention to detail & confidentiality

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proactive and Energetic

· Ability to take initiatives

· Females preferred

Experience & Qualification:

· Bachelors or equivalent degree. Human Resources specialization preferred

Job Location:

· Dubai

Working Schedule:

· 5 days working week, Mon – Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Reporting To:

· HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
