Fresh Express LLC Hiring for Accommodation Supervisor Job at Dubai Full Time

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible to supervise the assigned accommodation, 24 x 7 to maintain effective administration, observe employee behavior and to resolve any issue that may occur in the accommodation. Responsible for the overall camp management and maintenance.

 Prepare weekly reports in daily activities at the accommodation covering hygiene, safety, security, maintenance, employees’ behaviors and occupancy.
 Responsible for implementing safe working practices and procedures in accordance with Fresh Express policies.
 Responsible for disciplinary proceeding for employees.
 Keeps a check in people who drink or create nuisance in the premises

JOB DESCRIPTION
 Maintains a register log of entry or returns of employees.
 Ensures only Fresh Express employees enter the accommodation.
 Looking after the accommodation administration and general maintenance- water facility, electricity, AC working, and furniture.

 Direct transport and employees to their respective site  Assuring the upkeep of accommodation is clean and hygienic.  Keeping record of company assets.
 Update, prepare, and send reports to the operations manager.  Maintain Civil Defense (fire and safety) and Municipality requirements.  Coordinating various actions for the new arrival of employee such as accommodation, site allocation, beddings, and agreement forms signing if required.  Follow all company; safety, security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.  Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.  Assess purchase requirement of needed items, prepare requisition and send it to the Purchasing Department.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

 High school diploma with 3-5 years of administration management experience or previous accommodation Supervisor experience.  Have good organizational skills  Monitoring and follow up skills  Interpersonal communication and service orientation  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Attention to details

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
