Overview:
The Jr. Sous Chef will be in charge of supervising food quality, production, and costs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate tasks to kitchen personnel. Knowledge of all kitchen stations with a ready mentality to fill in for and/or assist the team to ensure that the kitchen operates smoothly is mandatory. Familiarity with administrative duties such as ordering, inventory, training, scheduling, etc.
