We are looking to recruit a Pricing Analyst here at Frank Porter to ensure our properties are utilized to their full potential using several methods available to us and by
- Analysing competitor pricing
- Understand market expectations to determine the ideal target price
- Providing thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structures
- Overseeing our pricing algorithm software
- Calculate long stays
- Help out the Sales team with property projections
- Assist our Client Support pricing request
- Individually adjust and correct pricing for all the properties
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field such as Accounting/Finance is required and having 2 to 3 years experience in Holiday homes or Real Estate Sector.
- Possess strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
- Common Sense is paramount for this role
