Frank Porter Hiring for Freelance Interior Designer ( Preferably with Holiday Homes Experience) Job at Dubai Full Time

Frank Porter is seeking to hire an Interior Decorator based out of our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid experience in the above role to be considered.

You will help determine the look and feel of a client’s property which will be managed by Frank Porter as part of their rapidly expanding portfolio of properties which are used for short term lets.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Interior Design and has a flair for ensuring a space has the personality it deserves through furniture, fabrics, colour, accessories etc.

· Take brief from our Interior Designer and run each project as a project manager

· Present concept/ideas/design to the Interior Designer for sign-off on each project.

· Ensure functional space is used to the best ability possible. Show a demonstrated knowledge of design according to each individual property feature, adopting the basic principles of Interior Design.

· Regular visits to each project property to ensure that your design/concept can be achieved within the space.

· Work cohesively with our suppliers and contractors to ensure that furniture/fabrics etc. are ordered, delivered and installed according to the set time lines

· Ensure attention to detail when it comes to quality of products for each project, making sure they are in line with the Frank Porter style.

Manage snagging throughout install and particularly prior to inspection/sign off to ensure that project is completed to the highest standards at all times.

Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month
