Responsibilities
-
Carry out all tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor.

Assist in the preparation of mise-en-place for the section.
-
Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.

Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.

Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.

To adhere to the Hygiene standards applied in the Kitchen as per HACCP system.
Requirements

College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.

Minimum two-year previous experience in current position in a reputed 5 Star Hotel or Michelin Star Restaurants.

Requires the ability to operate and utilize Pastry equipment and tools.
