Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper handling of guest messages, email, FS messenger, packages, flowers, etc.
• Know what activities are available in the city, i.e. theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and to establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for guests.
• Establish rapport with frequent visitors; keeps Reservations and Front Office staff well-informed about guests’ preferences.
• Chief Concierge is responsible for the operations of Concierge and Limousine Drivers.
• Work closely with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff and Valet Parking to assure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Two to four years previous experience in a luxury hotel environment as a Chief Concierge.
• Solid communication, organization and leadership skills.
