The High Calibre of Candidates required will Generate new instructions by way of outbound calling, conduct market appraisals/valuations with homeowner/landlord, Photographing & preparing properties ready for advertising, Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings, Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with local customers and overseeing sales.
As a Senior Property Consultant (Secondary Market), you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
