The Administrative Personal Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and assist in a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office and offering comprehensive secretarial services.Areas of Responsibility. Calendar Management and acting as a primary contact between executive and external stakeholdersConduct online research to identify potential customersSetting up meetings with customers and other potential key partners.Managing Customer inquiries, deliveries and samples.Meet with customers and share samples and marketing materials.Assistance in social media and networking with the aim of expanding brand visibility.Assisting marketing team with marketing collateralAssisting with exhibitions locally and internationallyPrepare agendas for meeting and take meeting notesManaging investment portfolio, insurance claims and other personal matters for the senior management.Qualification and key competenciesA Bachelor degree in the related job field.At least 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Administrative Executive/Secretary, familiarity with HoReCa Industry is a plus.Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (essential)Strong time management and organizational skills are mandatoryA pleasant, presentable personality with good people skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral in EnglishUAE Drivers License is a plus.Stay connected with us on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of FSL’s values, culture, industry insights, and the latest company news.
