Job Responsibilities

Ø Contributes to Online Social Media marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.

Ø Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans especially Online Social Media and programs for each product and directing promotional support.

Ø Maintains online relations with Online Social Media customers .

Ø Provides short- and long-term Online Social Media market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

Ø Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.

Ø Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.

Ø Provides Online Social Media marketing information

Ø Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Ø Completes Online Social Media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Ø Maintains Online Social Media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Work Hours & Benefits

Ø Salary: 8k-15k

Ø Working Hours: 9 Hours ( include 1 hour break)

Ø Working Place: Dubai Business bay Ubora Tower

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Ø Language: Korean Language , English

Ø Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field

Ø Proven working experience in Tiktok digital marketing, particularly within the industry

Ø Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns

Ø Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

Ø Working knowledge of ad serving tools

Ø Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
