We are looking for an HR manager with strong recruiting experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. An HR manager, for us, is the person to contact for any employee-related issues. This means that this person will be in charge of tasks such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. The role of a human resources manager is critical to business success. People are the company’s most valuable asset, and this person will be in charge of ensuring that the company has a happy and productive workplace where everyone works together to achieve the company’s established mission and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by dealing with demands, grievances, and other issues.
• Control the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
• Develop and monitor the organization’s overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
• Create a positive work environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance evaluation system that promotes high performance.
• Maintaining department records and reports.
• Participating in administrative staff meetings.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training requirements in order to implement and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Maintain legal compliance throughout the human resource management process.
• Creating and revising job descriptions.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Human resource, Business Administration or relevant field is required.
• Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
• Masters in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Certified qualification(CIPM) or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Relevant experience in senior management roles.
• Competence in building and effectively managing relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR practices, HR systems and databases.
• Extensive knowledge of performance evaluation and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple teams at the same time.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and safety rules and regulation.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
