Flora Hospitality, a renowned 4-star hotel in Dubai, is looking for an HR Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include recruitment support, employee relations, record keeping, benefits administration, compliance, training, payroll support, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Additional Information:
• Salary: Commencing compensation ranges from 2000-2500 AED.
