Job Details :

• Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Networking skills, including LAN and WAN configuration and management.
• Knowledge of server administration (Windows Server, Linux servers, etc.).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Expertise Knowledge of EPB Exchange and its technology upgradation
• Cybersecurity expertise to protect the company’s data and systems.
• Providing end-user support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and software.
• Implementing and testing disaster recovery plans.
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Skill in setting project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Leadership skills to manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• The ability to delegate tasks and manage team dynamics.
• Skills in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising performance.
• Ability to work with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of software and hardware procurement.
• Ensuring data backup and recovery procedures are in place and functional.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, including knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security best practices.
• Awareness of compliance and data protection regulations.
• The ability to translate technical issues into understandable language for management.
• Developing IT strategies that align with the company’s growth and future needs.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration into the company’s IT infrastructure.
