Floorworld LLC, the biggest flooring company in the Middle East is looking for an experienced and talented IT Support Engineer to join our team member for IT support and maintain computer systems including: hardware, software, CCTV and networking. The IT Desktop & Network IT Engineer has primary responsibility for all aspects of the computer network. Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through to be considered

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

• Replace parts as required

• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)

• Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.

• Maintain stable and operational local IT Infrastructure environment.

• Provides ongoing daily technical support to systems users.

• Configures user access and troubleshoot network printing services. Installs, configures and maintains print servers.

• Monitor CCTV recordings from showrooms as and when required and report on the same.

Requirements
with at least 1-2 years work experience in IT Support field
