Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Kids’ Club is clean and in impeccable order at all times.
• Supervise, organize, and control groups of children up to capacity with appropriate staff
• Assist in training, supervision, and evaluations of Kids’ Club colleagues.
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with the Kids’ Club team.
• Tracks and receives supplies and ensures they are readily available for Kids’ Club colleagues.
• Track payroll, revenue, and expense budgets
• Organize, arrange, and oversee all Kids Club Special events, Birthday parties, and Holiday events (Halloween, Easter, Christmas Gala, etc.)
• Organize the Kids Club activity calendar, and assist the team in developing, evaluating, and improving activities.
• Appropriately communicate with parents and addresses member concerns.
• Communicate with staff, upper management, and interdepartmental managers to facilitate Kids’ Club events.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive outlook and outgoing personality with a welcoming and enthusiastic energy.
• University Graduates with any Degree is preferred, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning.
• Previous experience of 3-4 years in a similar role will be considered a valuable asset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is an essential requirement.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a desirable advantage.
• Additional pediatric training or nursing qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team and maintain effective working relationships
• Excellent grooming standards, reflecting a professional and polished appearance. High standards of cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail.
• Politeness, patience, respectfulness, and kindness are fundamental attributes.
• Flexibility and a hands-on approach, whilst embodying a ‘Can-Do’ work attitude.
