Position Summary:

This position performs an implementation of effective marketing campaigns execution in all digital performance acquisition channels across search engines, social, and display advertising and the exploration of opportunities in getting additional brand and product exposure channels with the added benefit of generally higher engagement and conversion rates, – all leading to increased sales and product awareness.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive lead generation growth through performance advertising across multiple channels and design & implement conversion projects to maximize leads and minimize costs.

· Develop and monitor campaign performance by channel (Organic and Paid Search, Social Media, Direct and others) and device.

· Conduct audits and develop A/B tests of targeting and creative variations for performance improvements.

· Drive traffic to the website and analyze optimization opportunities based on the tracking and reporting system.

· Increase lead generation with sales and measure performance against ROI and KPI targets.

· Tracking and reporting on analytics for website performance, social media and digital advertising (including multi-touch attribution measurement).

· Develop and perform overall email marketing strategy for lead generation and sales increase.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS

· The ideal candidate knows how to build and scale complex online campaigns across different channels, uses their insights to provide with optimization solutions, and brings the analytical expertise necessary to optimize the performance and drive ROI.

· Must possess at least two of the following certifications: Google Analytics, G. Adwords, Facebook blue print or 3rd Certifications in digital Marketing.

· Strong Analytical skills, proficiency in self-serve platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms like Mailchimp or else.

· Experience in e-Commerce, online marketplace or digital advertising agency is preferred.
