Reporting into: Business Development Lead
Key Responsibilities:
You will support the Business Development Lead to develop and implement account plan and achieve sales budget for identified accounts, to lead clients’ projects (both internally and externally including communication via visit reports), to develop sales strategies to satisfy business plan objective and to maximize sales opportunities via account plan.
Build market/customer/product intelligence in the field of responsibility, Maintain a cross-functional view. Actively build networking and relationship, and ensure good communication flows
Perform sanity checks to assure high quality output of data, documentation and information (internal and for clients); Analyze data and run reports, propose course of action ; Continuously monitor tools and systems for fit to purpose, suggest and assist in design of improvements
By working close with the Marketing Team you will provide clients with general and specific information on products concepts (delivering documents and presentations).
You will build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships. You will foster and create multi-level relationships between client & Firmenich; involving senior management as needed.
You will interpret briefs and communicate that information to the respective divisions to ensure an open communication, and to make sure that customer requirements are appropriately communicated and satisfied.
You will issue a comprehensive action reports as per client’s briefs. You will define appropriate GM & PM according to pricing tool directives.
You will ensure that administrative functions such as itineraries, expense and call reports are accurately maintained. With Project Coordinator or Commercial Assistant, you will make sure that all processes are in place and working at their best efficiency.
With the Commercial team you will make price/commercial account decisions.

You are university graduate in business or similar studies.
You have strong analytical skills and have a background which helps you to understand and act well in business management.

You are accustomed to work in a very dynamic atmosphere with different categories of clients under the time pressure.
You are good at multitasking and carrying on various projects at the same time with same energy level,
You have fluent level of English (good level of French / Arabic would be plus)
