Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Reporting to: Project Coordinator, Taste & Beyond
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales executives to manage their accounts, both externally (with clients) and internally, Support
projects administration, account management activities (such as customer data and products life cycle) and routine inquiries from clients.
Handle customer projects: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests.
Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information
Ensure key Supply Chain information are maintained for smooth order entry, Master data management in SAP
Take care of day-to-day client requests; collaborate with Customer Care, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements and perform general administrative tasks.
We value:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience as Commercial assistant in a multinational company
Mastering of IT systems & tools: MS Office, SAP, Export knowledge linked to shipment (incoterm, documentation…)
Team player, able to work with many different functions and people
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
