- Maintains all fleet records of kilo meters, mileage, maintenance record, incidents etc.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of transport operations
- Fleet management of owned and leased vehicles, including maintenance, rotation and replacement
- Liaising with control Centre and monitoring the real-time tracking ensuring all the vehicles and drivers are efficiently utilized.
- Working with the operations team to ensure any issues/conflicts are resolved
- Proactively leading and managing the planning and preparation for contracts including, manpower deployments, fleet mobilization, demobilization, accommodation, transport, welfare, and relations & training
- Liaising and consulting with fleet manager for vehicle branding, rotation and replacement for smoother operations
- Ensuring that all site employees/drivers are compliant with RTA, other relevant authorities
- 3 yrs experience as fleet coordinator
- Knowledge in Oracle is a plus
- Can join immediately (e.i. Cancellation Visa , Visit Visa)
