– Supervising and coordinating construction activities at the work site.
– Overseeing, managing, and instructing the construction team, as well as contractors and subcontractors
– Ensuring that work is completed on time. Making sure that work is done safely and with quality and that all regulations are complied with.
– Familiarizing themselves with all aspects of the project, from structural drawings to budgets to deadlines.
– Making orders for building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, training new construction employees, and performing first aid in emergencies when required.
