We are committed to providing innovative financial solutions and ensuring operational excellence across our diverse portfolio of businesses.As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of FinStreet Limited Holding, you will be an essential partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office. You will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and key projects, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently while prioritizing conflicting schedules and deadlines.Communication Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the CEO.Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for the CEO, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in research and analysis of business information, preparing briefing materials, and supporting strategic projects and initiatives.Executive Liaison: Collaborate closely with other senior executives, board members, and key stakeholders to facilitate communication and alignment with the CEO’s priorities.Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and special projects as assigned by the CEO.Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.Office Management: Oversee administrative tasks for the executive office, including expense management, procurement, and office supply inventory.Qualifications:Proven experience (8+ years) as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools; experience with calendar management and video conferencing platforms.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
