Van Salesman F&B required
A well-established F&B distribution company is looking for Ambitious, growth-oriented Individuals for the key role of a Van Salesman across all emirates.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Achieve the daily & monthly sales target by ensuring complete and proper coverage of all allocated areas; ensure that all outlets are visited in the correct sequence, follow the planned call in each outlet.
• Follow sales route diligently
• Ensure availability of goods in all outlet.
• Ensure availability of sufficient stock of all the SKU’s in the Van • Stock rotation if required to eliminate market returns • Collection on time • Efficient use of the schemes as per the company norms to increase the sales.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with customers • Provide proper service to trade as per the frequency of coverage.
• Timely collection of payments.
• Distribution expansion through outlets additions and range selling.
• Effectively utilize promotional schemes according to company guidelines to boost sales.
• Reporting of day to day activities to the concerned Team Leader.
• Display products in the marketplace to ensure good visibility.
• Check dates and pull out expired products to ensure quality.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure optimal customer services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence, using the provided CRM system.
• Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
Qualifications and Skills
1- At least 2-3 years F&B Van Sales experience required
2-Should be able to Sale in A class, B class, Supermarkets & Restaurants
