Financial Management RoleWe are seeking an experienced financial management professional to join our team at The Team Builders. This role will focus on financial management and procurement for our real estate clients.Develop and implement effective financial management strategies to optimize financial performance.Manage procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Perform regular financial reconciliations, including bank statements and inventory management.Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.Initiate and manage credit payments, including drafting bank STLs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts and inventory management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Studies with a major in Accounting or Applied Accounting.Minimum 2 years of practical experience in financial management and procurement, preferably in the real estate sector.Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software used in the real estate sector.Tagalog speaking candidates are preferred.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.What We OfferA challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and growing company.
