POSITION
As Intern in the FENDI Middle East Human Resources Department, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain a good understanding of HRIS, Admin and Recruiting principles and processes
- Gain general knowledge about local labor laws
- Gain insights about recruiting techniques and requirements in a luxury retail company
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Support the VISA process for new joiners across all the region
- Support in the creation of employee’s records
- Support in the management of employee requests (NOC, salary certificates etc.)
- Monitor job applications, creation of shortlists and rejection emails
- Participate in the organization of assessment centers and other HR initiatives
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Psychology, Management or similar
- A previous short experience in HR is preferred
- Attention to details, empathy, accuracy
- Organization, professionalism, self-confidence
- Fluent Arabic and English, additional languages will be a plus
