Job Description
Faststream is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to work for a global feeder company in Dubai.
This role will be to be a strong point of contact for both customers and with internal teams across global offices. Following containers through to end clients on feeder vessels and dealing with bookings, customer enquiries and vessel tracking.
You will need to have an understanding of the shipping industry and specifically within container/feeder vessels and logistics, as well as strong communication skills in English.
