We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist in various HR functions, including onboarding, off boarding, performance management, and employee relations.Accomplish tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion of assignments.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.Maintain a high level of self-confidence and responsibility in handling HR-related duties.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exhibiting excellent customer relation skills.Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.Prepare presentations, surveys, and live HR reports, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the CRM system, demonstrating high attention to detail.Possess strong technological proficiency, with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.Exhibit a strong character and confidence in handling HR investigations effectively and impartially.Learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating a willingness to grow within the HR Operations team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.Proven experience in HR administration or operations, preferably in the real estate or property industry.Understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as UAE Labor Laws.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Join Our Team: If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to take the next step in your HR career, we invite you to join our team!
