We are looking for the confident individuals with excellent sales and leasing skills, willing to work as a Real Estate leasing / sales executive.
Required Skills:
- Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
- Ability to attract buyers and retain tenants
- Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
- Should have leasing experience of residential apartments, commercial real estate.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Should have skills of handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.
- Ability to work with targets and commission basis.
