EZ PIN DMCC Hiring for Accountant Job at Dubai Full Time

EZ PIN is a gift card distribution company that operates globally. We currently have more than 15,000 clients and offer a portfolio of +6000 SKU. We are looking for an accountant that can manage our customer and supplier invoices.

Tasks:

• Reviewing monthly Intercompany reconciliations and resolving errors by with concern branch accountants
• Manage clients invoices and receivable
• Reviewing vendor payments reconciliations
• keep record of stocks and reconciliation of stocks (Plus 6,000 SKU)
• Closing off month/year-end accounts
• Receives, checks, and monitors daily inbound and outbound transactions.
• Consolidating and reviewing of prepaid, Accruals, FA schedules for the group
• Reviewing petty cash, expense reimbursements and PRO expenses and cost allocations
• Responsible for co- ordinating with auditors for external audits for the group
• Monthly Bank reconciliation
• Monthly Intercompany reconciliation
• Calculating of rebates and payment discounts and etc., from vendors
• Monitor and control fund movements in Bank accounts & Petty Cash analysis.
• Responsible for the full cycle of accounts Payable for the entire company
• Sort out the problems of suppliers with respect to outstanding issues.
• Provide support for internal and external audits and respond to queries for
• functional area of responsibility
• Perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that
• finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
• Doing monthly stock verification in online panel for specific categories and participating in stock audits held in other branches
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Preparation of monthly variance analysis for Income statement and balance sheet

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required
• You must have knowledge of Quickbooks
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UAE
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
• You must have knowledge in handling inventory with thousands of SKUs
• Good communication skills, both verbal and writing
• Willing to work with team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
