Extreme Water Sports Hiring for Accountant cum Admin Assistant Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for an Accountant who will fulfill, but is not limited to, the following:

· Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports.

· Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

· Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

· Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

· Secures financial information by completing database backups.

· Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

· Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

· Preparation of Daily Bank Reconciliation reports.

· Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and making approval prior to payment.

· Manage all accounts payable and receivables for the company.

· Petty cash handling.

· Data Entry.

· All Admin work related to Finance.

· All office visits.

Qualifications / Skills:

· B.com, M.com or MBA in Finance

· Minimum of 2 years experience home country

· Minimum of 2 years UAE experience

· Able to deal with all the accounts without supervision

· Familiarity with financial accounting statements

· Proficient in MS Office application

· Male candidates only (age up to 35 years)

· Candidate must be available in Dubai for immediate interview and joining.

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
