Explore Education is Gulf’s leading KHDA approved Educational institute located in Oud Metha. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who has strong Marketing knowledge, work experience, creativity, wit and passion for Education Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or Marketing.
• Content Creation abilities (Graphic design, animation, photography, videography)
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, website material, social media etc.)
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy for brand awareness and impressions
• Generate Leads through Social Media/ exhibitions/social networking etc.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Measure the success of every social media campaign using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Excellent Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Google +, LinkedIn, and other social media channels (best practice).
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, exhibitions, and promotional events)
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Create marketing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Create marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns plans.
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO, web traffic and suggest content optimization (added advantage)

Salary: AED 4,000 + incentives

Experience:

• Social Media Specialist or similar role: 2+ years (Required)
• Graphic Design: 2+ years (Required)
• Lead Generation: 1+ years (Required)
• Education Industry: 1 + years (preferable)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Arabic (Plus point)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
