We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Officer

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience is required in same field.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance.
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
• knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Make sure that the daily operations of the office run smoothly
• Maintain a healthy relationship with students and customers
• Ensure that all inquiries are handled within your capabilities
• Update the internal/external contact lists regularly.
• Greet and assist visitors and screen to prevent interruptions
• Welcome candidates cheerfully and inform staff members
• Announcing the arrival of visitors/clients and scheduling the students accordingly
• Maintains professional and pleasing body language
• Organize amenities as needed
• A skilled communicator
• With excellent interpersonal skills.
• Set up the classrooms for the teachers and students
• Having relevant experience in “Sales” and reaching “sales targets”
• Proposes and contributes to the development of policies and procedures for the improvement of Customer Service.
• Support the development of the existing system for maximum customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
