Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rheumatologist to join our esteemed healthcare team at SearchPlus HR Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of rheumatic diseases and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing comprehensive physical examinations.Diagnose a variety of rheumatic conditions, such as arthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia, and other autoimmune disorders.Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including blood tests, imaging studies, and biopsies to inform treatment decisions.Formulate personalized treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s unique medical background and current health status.Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications to alleviate symptoms and manage disease progression.Continuously monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.Provide education to patients and their families regarding rheumatic diseases, available treatment options, and effective self-management techniques.Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records for all patients.Stay informed about the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of rheumatology.Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.Qualifications:Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Rheumatologist.Completed residency training in Internal Medicine followed by Fellowship training in Rheumatology.Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing rheumatic diseases.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple cases concurrently.Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families.Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Compensation and Benefits:The position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive salary range of AED 45K to AED 90K. Additional benefits include a generous monthly salary, performance incentives, and standard family benefits such as accommodation, airfare, medical insurance, and education allowance.
