Executive Search SpecialistAt Foreground LLC, we are seeking an experienced Executive Search Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment consultancy, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for middle/senior-level and executive roles across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end executive search processes for senior-level and C-suite roles across various industries.Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to clients specific requirements, including targeted talent mapping and market research.Engage with senior-level candidates, conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to understand their qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on executive search and senior-level positions.Proven track record of headhunting and managing executive search assignments across the GCC region.Demonstrable experience in successfully placing senior executives and high-level professionals across industries such as FMCG, construction, technology, healthcare, and financial services.What We Offer:Competitive commission-based earnings during the probationary period, with the potential to earn uncapped commissions on successful placements.A competitive base salary structure will be offered following a successful probationary period, alongside continued commission incentives.Growth opportunities to work with leading organizations across the GCC and engage in high-level recruitment activities with executive clients.
