We are looking to hire an experienced personal assistant/HR Executive. This candidate should meet all the below criteria.
Responsibilities
Orgnizing managers day and schedule including reminders
Conducting reports and audits as requested
Answering emails and calls
Following-up with suppliers
Posting jobs, selection, interview, shotlisting
Calculating payroll with finance department
Motivation
Training new staff
Memos, circulars and filing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or college degree
Minimum 2 years experience as a PA or HR
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
Building strong relationship ties
Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
Skillfull at research and creating reports and other documents
Hardworking and flexible
Completes tasks quickly and efifctively
