Europa Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Business Development Manager to join our fantastic new Air & Sea Operations division in Dubai.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the identification, acquisition, development, and retention of a customer base within Air & Sea freight. Building and growing business within those relationships to increase revenue from sales.

· Must have a valid driving license and access to own vehicle.
In this role, you will:
· Build and maintain a customer base to expand revenue streams
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing portfolio of account whilst maximising all sales opportunities by winning business
· Plan personal sales activity effectively with regular contact via telephone, email and face to face communication
· Establish and plan key accounts
· Actively promoting the brand and always provide exceptional customer service
· Self-generate appointments to maximise revenue
· Obtain and maintain excellent knowledge of Europa products and services
· Provide advice and guidance to resolve queries and objections and ensure follow up and resolutions are delivered
· Be fully accountable for the growth of GP (gross profit) across these modes and in line with a structured sales scheme
· Generate weekly and monthly progress reports to National Sales Manager when required, whilst maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all business within the role
· Participate in market campaigns and understand related literature
· Any other duties as instructed by manager
