Duties and Responsibilities:
Procurement
-Purchase supply of products/materials
-Communication and coordination with the relevant requesting staffs and suppliers regarding the order and delivery of supplies.
-Ensuring that a transparent and responsive procurement process is implemented and maintained.
-Create and maintain all procurement related database
Sourcing Specialist
-Sourcing new suppliers of electronic products.
-Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
-Assessing quotes, and generating quote comparisons.
-Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, and potential future development
-Other duties and responsibilities are subject to deliberation or discussion.
