The candidate we are looking for will be providing Technical Support to clients with the focus on fire stopping range. The position is in close collaboration with the Segment Manager Fire stopping AMEA. Technical support to internal and external customers with the focus to Middle East, South Eastern Asia and India. Related to passive fire protection with fire stopping products and technical support to commercial activities.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Offer technical advice and support to the external customers, commercial team and technical office staff with regard to all Promat and FSI systems/ applications related to fire stopping materials in order to guarantee a correct service to clients. On a day to day basis have actively contact with clients/ distributors to capture new projects (opportunities), file these opportunities and interactions in ONE CRM. Create and work on cases related to the identified opportunities (all communication is captured in ONE CRM).

Private label clients (PL) Segment Manager AMEA is responsible for developing new PL, this role works together with the segment manager during the start up phase of a new client. Tasks involved (on request of segment manager)

Local testing and Certification – FSI and Promat brand
Required Experience
3 years of experience in the building sector and region, experience in fire stopping market is mandatory, cad-experience. (Curtain wall / Façade experience is an advantage)
Language Skills
High level of English, spoken and written (Arabic is an advantage)

Elaborated and highly specialised technical knowledge of products, applications, and systems in the field of passive fire protection – fire stopping. Can write specialised technical advices on this subject.

Required Certificates
Autocad and/or Revit (technical drawings)

- Business travel if required
Required Education
Bachelor Degree in technical/engineering sciences (building engineering, civil engineering, building physics or architect).
